2011 Toyota RAV4 Review #434

For 10 months now, I have been “running a dream”, my expectations were met in some ways, but not in some ways. Today, 25,600 of them have about 6,000 mileage on the sands and steppes (hunting and fishing), which is why I took a mechanic and four-wheel drive. From the date of purchase until the beginning of December, I left on a regular Bridge. In March 12, we had a lot of snow and I decided to drive through the virgin lands. The first kilometer feels like the car is being held by the butt??!! Then, after thinking, I turned off the TRC button and connected the all-wheel drive, here things went more fun, 2-2.5 km on the virgin snow without problems, the height of the snow cover in places up to the thresholds. / therefore, for 40 km there is no “drive” as we can on all-wheel drive jeeps or even on Niva. But what to do, apparently, the Japanese are not in the house that we also drive across the virgin lands. I spent the whole autumn traveling through the steppes and dunes; here I have no complaints about the sands without problems if you don’t gas it up. Here, thanks for the clearance, in some places I just had to go not along the road, but in the direction. No problems when crossing transverse roads and other irregularities. The suspension works above all praise. Now we have piled snow and put on spikes (all 4 wheels) Gislaved Nord Frost V in standard size first impression. handling is predictable in snow and ice. A bit noisy but without irritation. As for spending the night in a car, as someone already wrote here, with the rear ones unfolded, you can sleep calmly by placing a foam pad or, as I do, I drive a blanket in the trunk, it does not take up space, and at the right time there is not enough at hand whether what? The car suits me, given that I have to carry everything from fishing rods, guns to tents and other belongings, there is enough space. Now about the unpleasant, from driving through the steppes a creak of the tailgate appeared, it is treated by replacing the rubber bushings from the bumper of the "six" hood, the price is 10-15 rubles apiece. Panel creaks appeared, possibly from frost, I have not figured it out yet. I somehow don’t bother at the stand. Now, in cold weather, the function of heating the wiper zone is very useful. Moreover, the heating of mirrors and the rear window does not automatically turn off !!! But about the seat heating, you need to check it, although it probably also doesn’t turn off, otherwise how can you understand one is the other is not? Another of the minuses is a weak LK coating, small scratches appeared on the body, the result of driving through the steppes, reeds, etc., small chips appeared one on the hood of the other for some reason on the spare wheel casing. Now, in terms of consumption, everything is in your hands or feet, it’s more correct to say, at speeds up to 120 km, my consumption on the highway is 8-8.5 liters, well, when I allow myself to fool around a little on the highway, it reaches 12.5. , at the start, it somehow thinks a little, but then it accelerates very briskly. Another minus the rear bumper overhang is low when moving obstacles, you can bend or even lose it. car, it justifies itself for the price you paid and I hope it will serve you as a reliable partner in your travels, work, rest. Now allow me to bow out.

2011 Toyota RAV4 Review #127

Bought a car at a dealership in 2011. To date, the mileage is 64,000 km. With such a run, it is required: 1) replacement of the steering rack (60,000 rubles), 2) replacement of valvematic (78,000 rubles). The car is operated carefully. There is no need to talk about the quality of the Toyota brand. Before that, there was a Volkswagen Jetta, the mileage during the sale exceeded 200,000 km. and no problems. The Toyota car is already the third in the family, but there is no loyalty when buying spare parts or servicing from dealerships.

2011 Toyota RAV4 Review #480

Good afternoon, everyone praises the equal 4 nev, but there are also disadvantages of the noise, no, I had to do the guys, well done, they made me as much quieter as possible, the suspension, and so you all know, but the problem with the paintwork is yes, I bought the equal at the end of February 2011 new from the salon and literally yesterday04 .12.2011 after washing, I discovered that the hood had blossomed on my equal, there were bubbles and yellow rust tracks were already coming out of them after washing, the color was silver metallic, I would go to the officials in Vologda to solve the problem, yes, the checkpoint on my handle had a problem when switching from first gear to second lever, there was noise if the synchronizers don’t work out the clutch when switching from higher gear to the second, there’s no problem, my equalization starts to break me at a run of 17000 km, I don’t really like the headlights in wet weather, the horror put the xenon dipped and the foglights are much more fun here you go and drive a dream.

2011 Toyota RAV4 Review #435

Good afternoon everyone. So the joyful day of receiving our "Raffaello" has come. The whole procedure of ordering and receiving took 2 months. Ordered on March 15, received on May 21. Package ordered comfort. That's what they got. We wanted to stick a normal GU there along the way, but the steep price quickly cooled our ardor. So for now, there is a regular firebrand with MP3 without a changer. I won’t write about the car itself, the pros and cons, because. 400 km. mileage do not allow you to get a definite complete opinion about the car. Nevertheless, I dare to write about my first impressions. And I ask you not to throw meaningful remarks at me like - this is euphoria, find out the train then write. It's just that there is something to compare with, and I describe my personal feelings, even if they are not always consonant with the opinion of opponents.

Good day, forum users. Bought in the family Toyota RAV-4, 2011, I decided to share my impressions. The article will be in general terms, because the car has barely been run-in. It is difficult to concoct something about a mega-popular car, which is full of reviews on the network, but I will try to help those who have no idea about this pepelace at all, but due to its popularity they decided to purchase it. So what to expect from this horse?
