2010 Toyota RAV4 Review #222

Hi all! I have been using this machine for exactly one year. Took not new in perfect condition, sold not new in perfect condition. He regularly performed his functions of delivering from point A to point B. Oak leather interior, obsolete oak plastic dashboard, but not squeaky, with mediocre music. High ground clearance, unkillable suspension, gearbox, engine - this is Toyota! . Not a racing car, but it was made for something else. Rigid suspension. On the highway to the dolnyak - this is torment. Returning home from the sea, he shook his intestines so that he was sick for a day. Bottom line: a boring car for its reliability, design, dynamics. In winter, we can’t replace it, it’s just right for different trips for mushrooms, fishing and hunting, circling around the city is easy. In general, who needs an unpretentious, economical, inconspicuous crossover - I recommend it.

2010 Toyota RAV4 Review #173

When it came time to change the car (was Toyota allion) I knew for sure that I would buy only Toyota. Rafchik I noticed long before the purchase. Considered only right hand drive and engine size 2.4. 4wd. When I got behind the wheel, the mileage was 23,800 km. Now the mileage is 177,000. In addition to the suspension, nothing else was done at all. Candles native stand. I add about 200 grams of oil from replacement to replacement. I am delighted with the Japanese quality. Not a car but some kind of terminator. No one believes that during this time I only changed the oil and filter. Didn't touch anything else. True, I had to repair the suspension 2 times specifically. The weakest point in my opinion is the upper control arms on the rear suspension. As soon as they were replaced with an analogue, they have to be changed every spring. But I still sin that I rarely slow down on speed bumps. (Why be afraid of him, he's lying !!!) I pour gasoline AI-98. The engine on it runs noticeably softer and quieter than on other gasoline. 7-speed automatic allows you to save a decent amount of fuel on the highway. With a quiet ride, 90-100 km per hour easily fit into 7 liters! Unthinkable!!! In the city with a quiet ride eats 10 liters. Allion with a volume of 1.8 consumed so much fuel. At first, I myself could not believe that he could meet such figures. When driving 80 km per hour on the highway settled in 6.5 This is my record. More savings are not possible. Super car!!! The million that I gave for him, I still do not regret. The best representative in its class. What else to add? Toyota - drive the dream.

2010 Toyota RAV4 Review #102

There were many different cars before this car (Camry in 2 bodies, Avensis, Highlander in 1 and 2 bodies, and different brands), so there is something to compare with. Before Rav4, I thought that all Toyota models are perfect (well, I'm a fan of Toyota).

2010 Toyota RAV4 Review #456

I thought for a long time and finally decided to write my review about my Rav Ravych (only in this way, respectfully, by name and patronymic). Complete set Elegance, purchased in July 2010 in the Toyota Center Sokolniki, color - metallic silver, mileage 9000 km. I'll start from the beginning. The choice was between Japanese SUVs Honda CR-V, Mitsubishi outlander, Subaru forester, Suzuki GV. Yes, I was not mistaken. Rav was not among them. Once upon a time, we looked at Ravchikov, but their exterior was very upsetting - they were some kind of toys, so we didn’t even plan to study it. They chose for a long time and meticulously, they couldn’t stop at anything (at least in theory), they didn’t suit either the equipment (after the purchase, they didn’t want to bother with catching up with the car), or the exterior, or something else. Until a friend recommended to stop his eyes on the new Rava. Looked at everyone except SGV. We arrived at the Toyota salon, where we looked at Rav live, we immediately organized a test drive (out of hours) - we liked everything. I got into the car and realized - mine. Yes, a woman chooses with her soul, but for all sorts of smart lotions she has a man who, in fact, approved the choice. The car came clearly, without any delay. In add. did tinting, installed secrets, crankcase and signalization. It was handed over almost solemnly. And I convulsively imagined how I would now go to the traffic police in a new car. Because it's big, with a variator. And looking into the eyes of the car (well, under the bottom, behind) I realized - this is "OH", Rav Ravych, what if we don't work together? However, they worked. Responsive and comfortable while driving. I was very pleased with the amazing visibility of the rear-view mirrors. Maneuverable: despite the size, confidently holds the road, when worked together, it became dynamic. When you turn on the SPORT mode, it responds perfectly - it is convenient to overtake. The crooked steering wheel turned out to be very ergonomic, you don’t want to let go. The buttons on the steering wheel are located where necessary, you can control without being distracted from the road. Little things please: electric seat (including lumbar adjustment), floor lighting, polite interior lighting when approaching the car, speakerphone, good standard acoustics, light and rain sensors, and much more. You can read about this in the description of the car, I just want to say that everything works without problems and complaints. Cruise control helps a lot on long trips on the highway and when driving through an unloaded locality. Manual control in two versions - on the variator and petals. Again, for overtaking and remembering youth - it's very nice, you can feel that the car is still controlled by the driver, and not driving by itself.

Review of Toyota RAV 4, 2011 My experience in operating machines: VAZ, Daewoo Nexia, Kia Sportage (ala Tusan body). Since it is Sportage that is closest to RAV, it will be the main comparison.
