2001 Toyota RAV4 Review #446

Health and well-being to all! ... I'll start with a prehistory ... I had a CERES, a car fire, you can't say anything. But now the time has come and it was sold. The year 1992 is already a bit old, and I’m already tired of reclining (185 my height). Bought SPASIO... Miracle of the car industry in JAPAN! I was not disappointed in the least, but ... not the car that I have a dream about. And I always dreamed of a jeep, albeit a parquet one, but still ... The choice was huge, I looked at a lot of cars. There was also a SR-B from HONDA, a MAVERIC from FORD, a TRIBUTE from MAZDA, but something told me to take TOYOTA! And besides, I always liked RAVcheg for its external and internal parameters (both visually and aesthetically). I understand the taste and color ... You know. So, after SPASIO immediately on RAV4, this is what I dreamed about !!! Just do not say that I didn’t use it higher in the other car (it was a matter), I just acquired a car of my dreams! ... As I thought, a car European, Levoruki, 1AZ-FE, 148L.S., Automat (for my favorite half ). I still haven’t been able to find out the complete set, conflicting data on VIN, but I know one thing for sure, there are more options for right-handers. My car was purchased in Moscow from a dealer, apparently in the poorest configuration, but it's not for me to judge, everything suits me! I am the fifth owner of the car, they followed me so to say "not very", although thanks to the same, the engine in order, the salon on "4+", but the Hodovka leaves the best wishes ... The most important thing was what I did, I drove the engine diagnostics , result, washed injectors, top filter replacement, one coil, and little things (candles, air, Battery, IAC cleaning, etc.), in general, a lot of things. But now I can smell 148 horses!!! With the consumption "before" and "after" I did not particularly notice the difference, except that a smaller gazulka needs to be sunk. According to the hodovka, I have not yet "beat the" wheels with a house ", apparently there is such a sore. But I'm stubborn, or we'll win in smithereens!!! .

2001 Toyota RAV4 Review #490

Good day to all Toyota lovers! Could not resist what would not share his enthusiasm for the purchase of this car. Prehistory: before Rav 4, I had two cars and both Toyota Fonkargo, in general, it used to suit me with everything, reliable (4WD), and drove almost everywhere in winter and summer, did not break, only consumables changed, fuel consumption only pleased, sometimes even with her husband forgot when they last refueled, and she also had a great advantage - despite her small dimensions, she was quite roomy! In general, for a girl with two children, the most something !!! BUT: there was an opportunity to buy a car at a higher price, that's where it all started, I lived on the DROM!!!, thanks to all motorists, if it weren't for them .... I read a lot of useful information there. In general, my throwing was about three months. The requirements were as follows: The main requirement is fuel consumption, because. this is the second car in the family, my husband has Qashqai +2, after which the clearance is always high, well, I still wanted Toyota, because. it has already been tested ... At first, they considered the option of Pajero IO, it disappeared - Engine JIDIA, does not eat our gasoline, Suzuki S "X-4, straight at the beginning raved about it, but somehow it fell off by itself, because it's still not Toyota. Then I found the same Toyota-VOLTS, I liked everything about it, and the big one, and the clearance of GO-GO, and roomy, and even looks like Qashqai a little bit in terms of bodywork, but that’s not girly and that’s all! Well, here you go, after reading the reviews on Rav 4 I realized, EVERYTHING! THIS IS HE! In general, I sold my Fanechka, and bought a short Ravchik. black. run in Russia for 3 years.

2001 Toyota RAV4 Review #557

Good day, dear readers of the review. after selling his Toyota verossy faced with a choice of car. I wanted to take a little car with a small engine and low fuel consumption. and then I was lucky, one friend was selling Rav4, which was driven by his wife (he took a bezprobezhny car). His wife left by car for 4 months. the machine was well maintained. he immediately warned me that he had changed the rear Amorth, which he "leaked" in the winter. examined the machine, all arranged, except for the rubber, which was just dead. bargained with him for 390t.r. so I became the proud owner of a toyota rav4. despite the small size of the machine is quite roomy. the rear seats are removable and, if desired, they can be thrown out in the garage. 4 people can easily fit into the cabin and feel comfortable. the only thing that annoys me is to recline the seat to let out the rear passengers, but I took the car to drive alone or together, so I didn’t recline it often. The interior of the ravchik is not the richest finish, but the abundance of plastic is not particularly annoying. The plastic fits perfectly and doesn't move. the first days of ownership, I heard some kind of creaking from behind, like plastic on plastic, then it turned out that it was a spare wheel. the cause of the rattle was easily eliminated by gluing double-sided tape under the plastic casing. quite comfortable anatomical seats with normal adjustment, which makes it easy to adjust the seat for yourself. Huge windows, which is very convenient. the large doors of the ravchik made an indelible impression, they are rather heavy. was also struck by the abundance of glove compartments in the trunk, I thought that they would not be at all. the climate control panel is quite convenient despite its simplicity. it is very convenient to ride in a rafa around the city, the car is small and maneuverable, responds well to the gas pedal and stops easily and quickly. Parking is just great! huge rear-view mirrors give an excellent overview. headlights and fog lights shine beautifully, despite the fact that there is no xenon.

2001 Toyota RAV4 Review #637

Good afternoon to all fans of Japanese cars! I would like to share my impressions about the operation of the car. In general, I really liked the car. Immediately make a reservation body 3-door. In our family, this is the second Japanese car, the first Kaldina in the 196th body, I can’t do it simple (the so-called collective farmer. Well, it’s not about her. Rafchik delighted with his control all the same, when the car is high, it’s much easier and more convenient to drive. We didn’t expect that places in there is plenty of it, it was assumed that it was less, because there are three doors, although frankly there is nothing to compare with.I really liked sitting in the back, there is some kind of feeling of security since there are no doors, as if in a small room.As soon as they took it, they immediately tinted the front windows of the doors, the rear window and the side windows - factory tinting. We put the signalization starline 5 in principle satisfied. I really liked the body looks very cool. I must say right away that they took the car for my wife. She just goes crazy about it. She says if there is a next car, then only a raft is only 5-door. For the family, that’s it there are four of us (two kids). On the highway, I easily accelerated up to 160 km, but after 120, frankly, I’ll say it’s scary all the same high and short, but for the city it’s just a fairy tale. Sam often like to ride after Kaldino. And just do every car in its own good. Rafchik took front-wheel drive most of the drive around the city. And I didn't want to overpay for gas mileage. True, sometimes situations arose when they mentally regretted that they did not take all-wheel drive. I would like to share some more information. Given that all my professional activities are related to the repair of foreign-made cars (work at a dealership), I will say one thing, Japanese cars are very reliable, they don’t have stupid sores, especially regularly repeated on European cars. But not half-heartedly, I’ll answer no matter how they say that it’s convenient to ride on right-hand drive, there is still discomfort (I drive a Kaldino for 3.5 years) review

But not half-heartedly, I’ll answer no matter how they say that it’s convenient to drive on right-hand drive, there is still discomfort (I drive a Kaldino for 4 years) in the future I want to take a car with a left-hand drive. But one thing is still indisputable, the quality of the Japanese is on top - I bow to them. The advantages of Japanese cars include reliability, slow aging of cars in general, and the quality of automatic transmissions, they know a lot about it, it’s not for nothing that 90% of Japanese cars are with automatics. Please do not treat my above information conservatively, this is just my personal opinion. When talking about a five-door RAV-4 car in the future, my wife inexorably insists only on the right-hand drive option. I don’t believe in European cars, I’ve seen enough of their breakdowns and for some reason doubts about Europeans inside myself. I will make a reservation, there are European women who are very strong and reliable, but there is a different pricing policy. Not yet available to us. In general, a Japanese woman is a machine that you believe in. So why ask, do you want to be left-hand drive, but everything will simply be no problem with repairs, I still work at a dealer station. In the coming days I will write a review about my Kaldinka. Many thanks to everyone who read to the end, I will be glad to answer the e-mail below. All for now!!! while without a photo do not go through the Internet.
